BAC kills odor-causing bacteria: Neutralizes and removes odors from bacteria that causes spoilage, deterioration, or fouling of materials.
BAC is an antimicrobial product used to control microorganisms of economic or aesthetic significance, and the presence of the microorganism would not normally lead to infection or disease in humans.
BAC for Mold Stain removal from surfaces. Controls the growth of algae on many surfaces like wood, concrete, sidewalls, stone and exterior facades, or even fish tanks and ornamental ponds.

This picture is a plastic fence right by my driveway. 6 months ago, I wanted to test BAC, spraying and wiping this clean section. To my surprise, the moldy stuff just won’t grow on this spot. Amazing! I’ve never seen a product that can do this- I’ve been a professional cleaner for 30 years.

I use BAC on every mold job that’s in an occupied facility. I also use it for my kitchen and bathroom cleaner in my own home.
BAC cleans dirt from countertops like nothing I've ever used. It also cleans fungus out from under toenails! With a basin of hot/warm water and 1/4 cup of BAC daily for a week. Unbelievable the results. My Mom's doctor couldn't believe the difference. The lemon scent is so refreshing too. Thank you!
